Take your bo staff skills to the next level in this 4-week intermediate/advanced  Master Course, starting Wednesday 25th June, with live sessions every Wednesday from 1–2pm (UK time/GMT) via Zoom.

This course is designed for those who already have a foundation in bo staff and are ready to level up with more challenging combinations, dynamic movement, and manipulations. Taught by world-renowned martial artist Chloe Bruce, this course will refine your technique and push your performance to new heights.
