Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I just wanted to give you the heads up that on January 6th 2025, my annual RESET challenge will commence.
It will be a 12 day challenge including 2 yoga flows, 2 leg conditioning sessions, 2 kickfit workouts, 4 mobility sessions, 1 box split master class and a front split master class.
All sessions will be between 15 and 25 minutes long. You can catch up if you miss a session also.
Spread the news, as this is FREE to all. My way of giving back to the community.
