Hi everyone, today our beginner-friendly Nunchuck mini-course  went live. Completely FREE to all martial arts members. It's designed to introduce you to dual nunchuck training, helping you build coordination, flow, and confidence while mastering the fundamentals of wielding two nunchucks at once.

We are at the end of the RESET Challenge! I am not sure if I am excited or sad! Excited because I am feeling so pumped and energised moving forward after taking part in this challenge, or sad that it is over 🤷‍♀️

Final day of Reset 3.0! Wrapping up with a nourishing yoga flow. Thank you all for joining – I hope you enjoyed this journey as much as I did. Here's to newfound strength and wellness for 2025!
