What is the RESET Challenge?
RESET 4.0 is our annual January challenge designed to help you start the year feeling strong, focused, and energised. From January 5th–31st, you’ll receive 27 brand-new workouts, each 10–30 minutes long, covering Flexibility, Kicks, Weapons, Mobility, Tabata, Restoration and weekly bonus sessions.
Who is RESET for?
Everyone! Whether you’re a beginner, returning from a break, or an experienced martial artist, the sessions are designed to be accessible, progressive, and easy to tailor to your level.
How long are the daily sessions?
Each daily session is between 10–30 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent even on busy days, however if you miss a day, you can catch up in your own time. No stress :-)
Do I need equipment?
Most workouts require no equipment at all.
For the weapons sessions, you can use a bo/staff, or simply swap it for a broomstick or household alternative.
How do I access the workouts?
All sessions will be released inside the Chloe Bruce Academy Studio or APP. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a dedicated RESET 4.0 section where a new workout unlocks every day. You will also be emailed the new workout every morning.
What if I miss a day?
No stress at all! You can complete the sessions at your own pace. Once released, each workout stays available for you to come back to anytime.
Is RESET 4.0 free?
Yes — RESET 4.0 is completely free for all CBA members.
If you're not a member yet, you can join with a 7-day free trial, then your first month is £19.99, giving you full access to all 27 challenge workouts and over 300 on-demand classes.
Is RESET 4.0 suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The sessions are simple to follow, technique-focused, and designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence safely. You can go at your own pace and progress throughout the month.
Do I need Martial arts experience?
Not at all. You'll be guided through every kick, flow, drill, and weapon sequence. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll learn, improve, and build fantastic foundations.
Will I be able to access the workouts after January?
Yes! Once completed, the entire collection becomes part of your training library. You’ll be able to revisit your favourite sessions anytime throughout the year.
How do I stay motivated throughout the RESET challenge?
You’ll have:
