Advanced Combo

This advanced combo sees us putting some of the previous moves we have learned within the advanced bo premium course in a flow together. Here I demonstrate how easy it is to link some of the more advanced moves into a combination, which could then progress on to a form or kata. 

Note: If you cannot do the over head kick, switch it out for the tornado or another kick pass.
