Hi Everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. 

I was teaching a fitness class this morning, and it was so cold getting started, and it made me think of ways to make training fun during the winter months. How do you all stay motivated to train during the winter months? Do you arrange to train with a buddy? think of the benefits of working out? Keep your workouts indoors? I would love to know 🫶

We are at the end of the RESET Challenge! I am not sure if I am excited or sad! Excited because I am feeling so pumped and energised moving forward after taking part in this challenge, or sad that it is over 🤷‍♀️

How are you finding the challenge so far? I am loving it, and I needed this just as much as you did! It is giving me the kick I needed to get back into routine after the Holiday period thats for sure!
