It’s never too late to develop the splits, however consistency is definitely key with this one. I would set a playlist, save a variety of videos and split your time between the static stretches for when you are super warm (post training), dynamic stretching and hip mobility videos. There is also a split training series that will help you out also.

If you need more of a specific help do message me and I will try to put a playlist together that in turn should help you with your splits. This box splits master class below is a great class also.

I personally think that the best way of opening up through the hips is through mobility training alongside your stretching. Mobility training is key to achieve a deeper range of motion throughout the hips and in turn achieving more flexibility within the joint. Check out some of my hip mobility sessions, I think you will benefit from these.

Guys we are super excited to announce the release of our latest course offering: the Tang Soo Do Green Belt Syllabus. This new program is designed for students who have successfully completed the Orange Belt level and are ready to advance to the next stage of their martial arts journey.  Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean martial art, emphasizes self-discipline, respect, and the development of both physical and mental strength. The Green Belt syllabus continues to build on these foundations, introducing more complex techniques and deepening students' understanding of the art.

If you aren't ready for green belt, why not start with our first belt which is the Yellow belt syllabus!

Enjoy guys,

Dear Team CBA!
As we step into the month of July, I want to take a moment to share some thoughts on happiness and how it can fuel our journey together during this training period.
Happiness is often seen as a fleeting emotion, but it is also a state of being that we can cultivate through our actions, mindset, and interactions. As we embark on this month of training, let's commit to fostering an environment where happiness thrives. Below I have listed a few ways we can achieve this together:

  1. Positive Attitude: Approach each training session with a positive mindset. Remember, challenges are opportunities in disguise, and every step forward, no matter how small, is progress.
  2. Supportive Community: Lean on each other for support and encouragement. Especially myself! I am here to help! Celebrate each other’s successes and offer a helping hand when someone needs it. Our collective strength is what makes the CBA community special.
  3. Mindfulness: Take moments to pause and appreciate the journey. Mindfulness helps us stay grounded and focused, making our training more effective and enjoyable.
  4. Setting Goals: Establish clear, achievable goals for this month. Having a sense of direction and purpose can significantly boost our motivation and happiness.
  5. Fun and Enjoyment: Don’t forget to have fun! Incorporate activities that you enjoy into your training routine. A smile can make the hardest workout feel a little bit easier.
  6. Gratitude: Take time to reflect on what you’re grateful for. Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have, fostering a more positive outlook.

As we kickstart this month of training, let's remember that happiness is not just a destination, but a way of travel. By embracing these principles, we can ensure that our journey is not only successful but also fulfilling and joyful.
Today we kick off the Happiness Training Guide!
