Today we have a new tutorial hitting the Academy. It is my favourite tips on how to do the "L Kick" Well that's what we always called it growing up :-) 

Originally a capoeira move from Brazil. But check it out. Great to add into your musical and extreme forms also.

All monthly training calendars will resume next month guys for July. Apologies for the delay in getting them back, I have been manic with organising everything for the Academy, but they will resume as of July. 

Thank you all for your patience during this transitional phase. It will all be worth it.

I didnt choose Tang Soo Do, its the sport my parents put me into when I was a child. It was our local martial arts school :-)

Hey everyone, today a new video went live and it's a 10 minute shoulder and spine mobility session. Great to do if you have been sitting down a lot throughout the day, or if you have general stiffness through the upper body. I'll see you in Class :-)
