Hey Guys,
I hope you are all having the most amazing holidays and getting time to reflect and appreciate the good that has come out of 2024.
We are about to wrap up on another year, and I want to encourage each and every one of you to live in the present moment, spend time with your loved ones, and do what makes YOU happy.
Enjoy this time between Christmas and new year, which for most of us, means running at a slower pace.
I am grateful to each and everyone of you.
Thankyou for showing up, Thankyou for training with me, and believe me when I say that 2025, will be our BEST YEAR YET!

Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I just wanted to give you the heads up that on January 6th 2025, my annual RESET challenge will commence. 

It will be a 12 day challenge including 2 yoga flows, 2 leg conditioning sessions, 2 kickfit workouts, 4 mobility sessions, 1 box split master class and a front split master class. 

All sessions will be between 15 and 25 minutes long. You can catch up if you miss a session also. 

Spread the news, as this is FREE to all. My way of giving back to the community. 

I cannot wait to see you all there. For now you can watch my intro video, and I will see you all soon.

Guys I just wanted to jump on here and say hi. I hope you are enjoying the platform, and that the challenges in some of these classes are helping you grow and develop your skills. 

Remember, not to worry if you cannot do something as good as someone else, or you can’t get the correct technique first try. Enjoy the process of trying and know that you will feel great when you master it!

Hi Guys,
Just to give you an update with some very exciting news 🎉 within the next 2 weeks I will be opening the doors to my very own academy here in Surrey.
(I can’t wait to show you pics)
But this also means that I will be able to film content and upload to the CBA weekly again! 😬 also film live courses from there too!
So let me know what you want more of and all of your requests and I will get a list together ❤️
